Our services were requested from a strata management company due to the builder going bankrupt before the homes were complete. The scope of work includes landscaping and many defects that were in the unfinished homes.

The strata consisted of 22 homes, all requiring landscaping and defect repairs as well as common areas that also required design and landscaping
